Alavus           


Town of  Alavus is a pleasant and thriving regional centre situated in South Ostrobothia, Central Finland. It is a beautiful country town with many lakes and pure green nature. Alavus is the centre of the economic region of Kuusiokunnat.

Alavus also builds up for the future. Alavus is known as an industrial town whose main products are wooden, metal and glass components for building. Agriculture and its  secondary occupations are very important too. Alavus has many  offices and a special vocational school.
